I’ve been a bit slack with my “What I Did In The Gym Today” series. Well, I’ve been a bit slack with going to the gym. There’s only one other workout I haven’t put up but I’ll post that for you tonight or tomorrow.
I’m just about getting back into the swing of things now so these posts should be up 4 or 5 times a week. As always please bear in mind the weights I use might be too light or too heavy for you so make sure you pick something suitable. You might also want to add weights to some of the exercises I’ve done without or take the weights away completely.
1x 10 reps / 20 reps (10 each side)
2x 10 reps / 10 reps (5 each side)
Exercise Three – Russian Twists
4x 30 reps with 10kg (15 each side)
Exercise Four – Side Bends
5x 10 reps each side with 10kg
Exercise Five – Reverse Sit-ups
3x 10 reps
Exercise Six – Cable Crunches
4×10 reps with 21.25kg
Exercise Seven – Hanging Leg Raise
2x 8 reps
1x 10 reps (To failure)
