Whether you go for full length dungas, short dungas, or skirt dungas, the most important part is the top.

When I’m choosing a partner for my dungas it can go one of two ways;

1.Super Simple

I’m talking T-Shirts only zone. White, black, grey, bright, print, doesn’t matter. As long as it’s got short sleeves and a round neck it’s a sure thing. (Round neck is important because V-Neck + Pinafore is a no go).

2.Bells & Whistles

I want sheer, I want frills and ruffles and bell sleeves and buckles and laces. You get it.

When it comes to footwear I’ll always wear flats with dungarees. It doesn’t seem right any other way.

If I’m going Super Simple I’ll add converse or slides.

If I’m going Bells & Whistles I’ll wear lace-up espadrilles or cowboy boots.

Finally, add some accessories. Hats, sunglasses, bandanas, I’m a fan of all three.
