You Can Choose Your Friends

‘Friendmas’, it’s a new concept to me but I’ve taken to it like a fish to water. It makes perfect sense. I’m not religious but I celebrate Christmas all the same. It’s a time to spend with your family, to show affection with gifts and more importantly with your time.

I make friends easily, I enjoy lots of different personalities and like to float around between different groups of people but I’ve never had many close friends. And that’s ok. I’m picky. “You can choose your friends but you can’t choose your family.” So there is no excuse for having bad friends, right?

I’m a firm believer in quality over quantity. The few close friends I have are rare and I love them with all my heart. That’s why I’m overjoyed at the thought of dedicating December 17th to Friendmas.

Comfy PJ’s, way too much food, trashy Christmas films and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows (and maybe something stronger). Creating new traditions with my second family, my best friends.

This year Friendmas belongs to Jack Wills. Not only have they launched the perfect range of affordable Friendmas gifts, they’ve also launched their Dear Jack competition.

Dear Jack wins you and four of your friends an ‘all you can carry’ shopping spree at Jack Wills flagship store followed by a full festive feast.

Enter the competition here.
