Dressing From The Hair Down

80’s Vibes : Denim on Denim

Jacket – Rails LA / Shirt – Finders Keepers / Jeans – Levi’s 501’s

The ultimate one-product-wonder. For this look I used Toni & Guy’s 3D Volumiser Spray. I wanted my bedhead to remain in full force so instead of taming it I used this spray to give the kinks and curls some definition.

Heavily inspired by my all time favourite Debbie Harry, and by Faustine Steinmetz SS17 presentation last LFW, I’m going all in on blue denim this season.

Signature Style

Top – ASOS / Jeans – H&M / Shoes – Vans

I have so much respect for anyone who can be bothered to try a different hairstyle every day but it’s simply not me. I love a signature look. A look you can rely on. I’m a slave to my rolled over fringe and flicked ends. As my hair is naturally a curly/wavy/frizzy mess I rely heavily on my straighteners, making Heat Protection Mist a must have.

Due to many many bleaches, my hair can look a little lackluster so smother it in Illuminating Hair Perfume for long lasting shine.

What I love the most about this style is that it suits every single item in my wardrobe. It covers me for morning and night and everything in-between.

Slick & Suit

Suit – NA-KDFashion / Shoes – ASOS

I’m no stranger to a slick back. It’s my go-to when I wanna look fancy. After trying and testing various combinations I can tell you nothing beats a good Styling Clay / Hairspray combo.

Use the styling clay to hold the top and sides in place and then spray the back and ends very generously with hairspray to give that classic wet look without losing volume.
